Question:

How has social media ruined our daily social skills and/or our mindset on life in general?

I’ll go first:

In my opinion, I feel as if social media has made it difficult for the average individual to not only start a conversation, but hold one; a conversation that is not through text (or messaging through social media).

Makes me wonder: Are people having intellectual conversations these days? Conversations with substance? Conversation that requires thoughts before responses?

Social media has really became a place to show off who lives the “best life” vs an entertaining way to stay socially connected to one another.
